• You have the legal right to trade cryptocurrencies in your jurisdiction
• You will maintain an active and funded Alpaca brokerage account
• You understand the risks associated with cryptocurrency trading
• You are responsible for all trading activity conducted through your account
• You will not use the service for illegal activities
• You will keep your login credentials secure and confidential

4. Account Registration and Security

To use AutoBTC, you must:

• Connect your Alpaca brokerage account via API key authentication
• Maintain an active subscription to the service
• Ensure your Alpaca account has crypto trading enabled
• Provide accurate and current information
• Promptly update any changes to your information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

AutoBTC operates on a subscription basis:

• Monthly Fee: $15 USD per month
• Payment Processing: Handled securely through Stripe
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time; service continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds: No refunds for partial months or unused service time
• Failed Payments: Service may be suspended for non-payment

You acknowledge and agree that:

7. Service Availability and Performance

While we strive to provide reliable service, we cannot guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service availability (target: 99.9% uptime)
• Real-time execution of all trading signals
• Protection against market gaps or unusual market conditions
• Availability during planned maintenance windows

We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months

We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

10. Intellectual Property

The AutoBTC service, including its algorithms, design, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our proprietary algorithms
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use our trademarks or branding without permission
• Create derivative works based on our service

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not use AutoBTC to:

• Engage in illegal activities or money laundering
• Manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent trading
• Share access credentials with other parties
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Use the service to harm or exploit others

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• By You: Cancel your subscription at any time
